Shipping Worldwide.
What
postal carriers do you
use?
We ship using
the United States Postal
Service International
Priority Mail because
they offer the most
competitive shipping
rates Internationally
for small packages shipped
by small businesses.
Once the candle leaves
the United States, it
will be delivered via
Airmail to your country.
In your country, it
will be delivered to
your residence by your
local postal package
service.
How much will
shipping to my country
cost?
Our
shopping cart includes
a convenient shipping
calculator that allows
you to calculate the
shipping costs before
completing the order
form and placing your
order.
How
long will it take for
my candles to arrive?
All international
packages shipped via
International Priority
Mail, will take 6- 10
business days (M-F)
to arrive after shipping.
Please allow at least
7 business days for
the candle to be made
before shipping as every
candle is individually
made to order and is
hand-etched by skilled
artisans in our New
England studio. Contact

if you need to receive
your order sooner.
What
about customs forms
(NAFTA forms for Canada)?
Where
required, we will complete
the appropriate customs
forms. We will provide
a NAFTA form with all
Canadian deliveries.
This will prevent you
from being charged a
customs duty when your
candles arrive.
How

How
will my Currency be
Converted?
Your
currency will be converted
automatically during
the checkout process
by either your credit
card company, PayPal,
or Google checkout -
depending on which checkout
method you select when
completing your online
order. If ordering by
email, we can send you
a PayPal invoice so
that you can complete
the transaction online
with your credit card.
A PayPal account is
not required for this
service.

Rush
Orders
For
rush orders or bulk
orders, such as for
weddings and special
events, please call

We can usually accommodate
rush orders within 7
days of the event. A
$15 rush fee may apply,
as well as additional
shipping charges, depending
on how many days are
allowed for shipping.
